● TalentDeskAI · Recruitment & Onboarding

Your HR team shouldn't use software. They should just ask.

TalentDeskAI runs your entire hiring lifecycle — candidates, interviews, offers, onboarding — through a conversation with Copilot. No ATS to log into. No forms. No new system to learn. HR asks. It gets done.

What it is

An HR agent that runs the process

Not a chatbot that answers questions. A working system that registers candidates, books interviews, generates offers and drives onboarding — from inside Copilot.

Who it's for

HR teams already on Microsoft 365

Mid-market companies drowning in hiring admin across disconnected tools — especially those paying for Copilot and struggling to show a return on it.

What you get

Your week back

No more scheduling ping-pong, manual offer letters, or onboarding checklists in spreadsheets. It all happens in the flow of a conversation.

The problem

Hiring one person shouldn't take five systems.

The average HR team runs recruitment across an ATS, Outlook, Teams, a spreadsheet and their inbox — copying the same details between all of them.

How it works today

The admin eats the week

  • Candidate details retyped into three places
  • Interview scheduling ping-pong across email
  • Offer letters built by hand, every time
  • Onboarding tracked in a spreadsheet no one updates
  • Tasks slip. Nobody notices until the new hire does.
With TalentDeskAI

You just ask

  • One conversation. It creates the record.
  • It books Outlook & Teams, and tells everyone
  • It generates the offer PDF and emails it
  • It builds role-based onboarding tasks automatically
  • It chases what's pending — so nothing slips
Try it yourself

Don't read about it. Give it a task.

Most "HR AI" answers questions. TalentDeskAI does the work. Pick a task on the left and watch it happen — the same way your HR team would, right inside Copilot.

This is an illustration of the real workflow. In your tenant, these actions run against your own SharePoint, Outlook & Teams.

How it works

The whole journey — from "add a candidate" to "welcome aboard."

Four stages, one conversation. Each hands off to the next automatically.

STAGE 01
👤

Candidate

HR asks Copilot to add someone. It validates, de-duplicates and files them.

  • Duplicate check on email
  • Auto Candidate ID
  • Record in SharePoint
  • Stage set to Screening
STAGE 02
📅

Interview

Ask for an interview; it books everything and notifies everyone.

  • Outlook calendar invite
  • Teams meeting link
  • Interview record created
  • Participants notified
STAGE 03
📄

Offer

Say they're selected; it produces and sends the offer.

  • Captures comp & dates
  • Generates offer document
  • Converts to PDF, stores it
  • Emails the candidate
STAGE 04
🎉

Onboarding

On acceptance, the candidate becomes an employee — automatically.

  • Auto Employee ID
  • Role-based task list
  • Chases pending tasks
  • Sends the welcome email
The Copilot question

You're already paying for Copilot. What is it actually running?

Most companies bought Microsoft 365 Copilot and still can't point to one process it owns end to end. TalentDeskAI is that process.

3+ hrs
Two in five HR managers spend at least three hours manually gathering onboarding details alone.

34%
of employees say their organisation has no formal onboarding program at all.

A flagship use case your CFO can see.

Copilot licences are easy to buy and hard to justify. Recruitment is the perfect proving ground: it's high-volume, painfully manual, and everyone in the business feels it when it goes wrong.

TalentDeskAI turns your Copilot investment into a visible, measurable win — one HR team, one process, running end to end from day one.

🛡 Built for trust

It administers hiring. It does not decide who gets hired.

AI in recruitment carries real risk — bias, opacity, compliance exposure. So we drew a hard line. TalentDeskAI handles the administration of hiring. Every judgement about a human being stays with a human being.

What it does
  • Creates and tracks candidate records
  • Schedules interviews & sends invites
  • Generates and sends offer documents
  • Builds and chases onboarding tasks
  • Keeps the pipeline up to date
What it deliberately does not do
  • Screen or rank candidates
  • Score CVs or "pick the best fit"
  • Make hiring or rejection decisions
  • Replace human judgement, anywhere

And your data never leaves: candidates, offers and employee records live in your own SharePoint, inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant.

Who it's for

Built for teams who hire steadily — not constantly.

▶ Best fit

Mid-market on Microsoft 365

100–2,000 people, hiring regularly, running HR on a mix of spreadsheets, email and maybe a light ATS. Already have Copilot — or are about to.

Also great for

Fast-growing companies

Scaling headcount quickly, where onboarding quality is slipping and HR is the bottleneck.

Also great for

Lean HR teams

One or two people doing the work of five. TalentDeskAI is the extra pair of hands that never forgets a task.

Now taking design partners

We're looking for two companies to build this with.

TalentDeskAI is built and working. What it hasn't done yet is run inside your company — and we'd rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. So we're taking on a small number of design partners: teams who get the system deployed at a significant discount, and in return help shape what it becomes.

  • A full deployment inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Priority pricing you won't see again once we're live
  • Direct influence over the roadmap — we build what you need next
  • In exchange: your honest feedback, and a case study if it works

If your HR team is losing days to hiring admin, this is the cheapest that solving it will ever be.

Pricing

Honest pricing. Starting with an honest offer.

TalentDeskAI is built and working, but not yet running in a live client. So the first tier is a real design-partner deal — the best price it will ever have.

Common questions

The things HR leaders actually ask.

Does the AI decide who we hire?
No — and this is deliberate. TalentDeskAI administers the hiring process: it creates records, books interviews, generates offers and drives onboarding. It does not screen CVs, rank candidates, score applicants, or make any hiring or rejection decision. Every judgement about a person stays with a person. This keeps you clear of the bias and compliance risks that come with automated candidate selection.
Where does our candidate and employee data live?
Inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant — in your SharePoint. TalentDeskAI is built natively on Copilot Studio, Power Automate and SharePoint, so candidate records, offer documents and employee data never leave your environment or get sent to an external HR cloud.
Do we need to replace our existing ATS?
Not necessarily. Many mid-market teams run hiring on spreadsheets, email and a light tool — for them TalentDeskAI becomes the system. If you have an established ATS you're happy with, TalentDeskAI can complement it by removing the admin layer around it. The honest answer depends on your setup, which is exactly what a discovery call is for.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?
You need Microsoft 365, and TalentDeskAI is built on Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Copilot licensing depends on how your team wants to interact with it. If you already have Copilot and are looking for a use case that justifies it, this is one of the strongest available — a whole business process it can genuinely own.
Has anyone deployed this yet?
Not yet — and we'd rather tell you straight. TalentDeskAI is fully built and working, but it hasn't run inside a live client environment. That's exactly why we're taking design partners: a small number of companies who get it deployed at a significant discount and help shape the product. If you'd rather wait until there are references, that's completely reasonable — but the pricing will never be better than it is now.
How long does it take to deploy?
Because it's already built and runs inside your existing Microsoft 365, deployment is measured in weeks, not months — we're configuring and connecting rather than building from scratch. The exact timeline depends on your workflows, approvals and integrations, which we'd map out in a short discovery session.
