What PMO and IT leaders ask.

Does it read my whole team's emails?
No. RAID AI is per-user and consent-based. Each project manager runs it over their own mailbox, chats and meetings, after signing in themselves — it never reads anyone else's inbox. Most teams start with meeting transcripts only, which are already recorded with everyone's knowledge. Broader scope is possible later, but only with an explicit organisational decision and a DPIA, never by default.
Where does our project data go?
Nowhere external. RAID AI runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, reads via Microsoft Graph and writes to your own SharePoint. It stores the derived RAID item — the risk, its category, source and mitigation — not the raw message content. Your project data never touches an outside project-management cloud.
Will it flag a lot of noise?
It's specifically designed not to. Low-signal messages are filtered out before the AI ever sees them, only items above a confidence threshold are recorded, and duplicates are skipped so the same risk isn't logged twice. Every item carries its source so you can confirm it in seconds. You stay in control — it drafts the log, you keep judgement.
How is this different from RAIDLOG, Jira or a risk register?
Those are better places to type risks in manually. RAID AI finds the risks nobody typed. It detects them from conversations that already happened and files them automatically. If you forget to log something in a traditional tool, it's simply gone; RAID AI's entire purpose is to catch exactly those.
Is it live anywhere yet?
It's built and working, and we're running early pilots on live delivery teams to measure its real catch rate before making broad claims. We'd rather show you genuine numbers than marketing ones. If you'd prefer to wait for published case studies, that's reasonable — but pilot pricing won't be available later.
What does deployment involve?
Because it runs inside your existing Microsoft 365 and writes to SharePoint, deployment is configuration rather than a new platform rollout — app registration, permission consent, connecting your sources and setting up the RAID register view.
